Carriage Inn of Cadiz has officially implemented Electronic Medical Records throughout the facility. Having an EMR system will allow us to communicate with physicians, nurses and hospitals better as we strive to achieve great outcomes for each patient.
Shiloh Springs Care Center has been awarded 5 stars by the Centers for Medicare (CMS). 5 stars is the highest award you can receive. The stars are based on quality measures, health inspections, staffing and survey results. We are currently the only one in our area to be awarded 5 stars.
Our re-hospitalization rate for 2014 is under the statewide average. We are proud of this accomplishment because it is a testament of our quality of care and our partnerships with local hospitals and physicians.
We are proud to announce two new team members to our team. Arni Irwin, RN, LNHA as our Administrator and David Mundek as our Director of Nursing. Both Arni and David have been in our organization for years and have worked in our other Dayton buildings. They are excited to hit the ground running and continue the success at Shiloh Springs Care Center.
