Hospice services include:
- 24/7 availability / nurse on call
- Pain & symptom management
- Prescriptions, medical supplies & equipment related to hospice illness or injury
- Assistance with social, emotional, and spiritual aspects of dying
- Education about what to expect
- Coaching caregivers on how to care for the patient
- Physical therapy as needed
- Short-term inpatient care as needed or if caregivers need respite
- Bereavement care and counseling to surviving family and friends
