Capital Health Care Network awards Gables Care Center during Q1 & Q2 2017 again for our “Back to Basics” recognition. The “Back to Basics” Award is a quarterly review of all areas that help create a culture of strong customer service. This award reviews the essence of successful customer service and the culture within and out of the facility. It is a day-in, day-out manner of conducting behavior that reflects the quality of the services provided which is our insurance policy for Excellent Customer Service. From how the grounds look to the inside of the community appears each day, which also includes employee offices and common areas. The Regional Team reviews many facets of the operation and are discussed at the end of the quarter where a winner is chosen.
