Why did you choose a career path in senior healthcare?
I really enjoy helping those who truly need help. When I got the opportunity to put my talents and work to good use to help the elderly, I knew it was a good fit.
Name your best work moment.
Seeing the people I work with succeed. We have some truly great people in our company. Whenever I see those people emerge and grow as professionals, I like to think that our company, and maybe even me, had something to do with that.
What do you look most forward to at work?
I look forward to seeing our staff and visiting with clients and their family members who I consider family. I’ve gotten to meet and know so many people over the years and seeing them energizes me because I know I am part of something great.
Name some of your favorite things to do outside of work.
I love spending time with my family and friends. I also love the outdoors. Golf, hiking and fishing are all great ways to unwind.
